In front of my house in Sequim, Washington
This Pacific Treefrog, Hyla regilla,
jumped into my house one morning when I opened the door to leave.
These little guys were common in my neighborhood and there was a small
creek that drained into a
marsh just 100 meters from my house.
Sometimes at night the chorus of these frogs was almost deafening.
He's just a poor little guy. It isn't easy being small and green.
