Eric and Juliens' Epic Snail Kite Adventure!
Female Snail Kites, Rostrhamus sociabilis, are larger than the males.
Males are a dark charcoal grey color.
Snail Kites feed exclusively on Apple Snails and their decline in the past was a result of the gastropods declining numbers.
Now both species are making a big comeback!
